Congratulations to Coach Lee Hancock and his B03 (Boys U8) side for winning the 2011 Coronado Holiday Cup over the weekend of December 17-18. Pool play started on Saturday the 17th with the boys beating Carlsbad Strikers 8-0, and then defeating Nado SC 4-1. The next day the boys faced Carlsbad Lightning prevailing 7-0 before being crowned Champions after a decisive 4-1 win over Surf Premier. The boys finished the tournament outscoring their opponents by a 23-2 margin! The weekend capped off a very successful 2011 for the B03 team, with this tournament being the 3rd consecutive Championship for Coach Hancock’s boys!
