Goalkeeping Sessions!
All goalkeeping sessions, should be attended in addition to regular team training sessions. If there is an overlap, players should be consulting with their team coach, as well as GK Coach Joe Velasco to see which session they should be attending that particular day/week.
* if you do not play for the South Bay Force, but would like to attend, please contact Coach Joe directly before attending any sessions.
*Please refer to Calendar section for the most up to date schedule and changes (specifically the Thanksgiving week, and starting times and dates in December - thank you!
Mondays at North Torrance High School
- Under 15 - Under 19 - 5:00 - 6:30pm - Group 1*
- Under 15 - Under 19 - 6:30 - 8:00pm - Group 2*
Wednesdays @ North Torrance High School
- Under 9 - Under 10 - 5:00 - 6:15pm
- Under 11 - Under 12 - 6:30pm - 8:00pm
Thursdays at North Torrance High School
- Under 13 - Under 14 - 5:00 - 6:30pm
*Players should arrive a minimum of 10-15 minutes before their schedule session to warm-up and get ready, as well as bring a ball, and water.
*If players are running late, or can not attend that particular week, they should contact Joe directly.

All older (Under 14 and up goalkeepers) are invited to train with the former UCLA and US National Team, and current LA Sol goalkeeper - Val Henderson! This unique opportunity is brought to you by South Bay Force, in an effort to provide our older female goalkeepers the extra training to get them to a higher level.
