The Under 14 Boys were recent finalists at the Slammers Futbol Classic, in Newport Beach.  On the way to the Final matchs -vs- Arsenal, the boys won their group which included Slammers and Real So Cal, then beat perenial power - LA Rampage 2-0 in the Semi-final match.  In the Final, Arsenal scored with several minutes in the 1st half, while South Bay responded in the 2nd half to tie the game.  Arsenal won the game by scoring with 4 minutes remaining off a corner kick.  Congratulations to the BU14’s for making their 1st Final of the summer tournaey season!

On the weekend of the 28th and 29th of July, the boys won the Fullerton Rangers Tournament for the 2nd consecutive year.  Several players from the BU13’s played up during the weekend, including Gilbert Rocha and Jaime Villareal Lopez.  Irvin Parra was named the Tournament MVP, and was awarded the Match Ball from adidas®, for his 2 spectacular goals in the Final.
