In the Spring of 2008, South Bay Soccer Club and Force Soccer Club announced the merger of the top two youth soccer clubs in the South Bay. In an effort to preserve the roots and traditions of both clubs, our new name became a combination of both clubs: South Bay Force, while the colors are a combination of Black, Royal Blue, and White.
Under the direction of Todd Saldana, Shelly Marsden and Fred Velez - the South Bay Force is commited to the development of the complete player; producing championship caliber teams, and showcasing our players for identification in elite level programs and post club play. In 2009-2010, we will have approximately 46+ teams for the 2009 Coast Soccer League season, ranging from Premier level to Bronze level throughout the different age groups! Our goal is to be the top competitive youth soccer organization in the region, with players and teams being showcased in top level events throughout the country.
An Executive Board, alongside the Director’s of Coaching, oversee the administrative aspect of running the day-to-day business of the club. This includes the overall club/team structure, team administration, as well as the fundraising goals for South Bay Force. The 2009-2010 Board, cosists of:
